These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of products by BMLTECH, trading as MAYASELL, through the website mayasell.com (the "Site") to customers in the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

BMLTECH is a company registered in France selling comfort products to customers in the United Kingdom.

2. Our product — important information

The MAYASELL Bunion Comfort Sleeve is a comfort product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. It is designed to reduce friction and pressure while worn. If you have concerns about your feet — particularly if you have diabetes, circulation problems or reduced sensation — please speak to your GP or an HCPC-registered podiatrist before use. Individual experience varies.

Nothing on the Site should be read as medical advice.

3. Eligibility and orders

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
  • These Terms apply to orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order (for example in the case of a pricing error or stock issue), in which case you will receive a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices on the Site are shown in GBP (£) and are the final price payable for your order, inclusive of any applicable taxes shown at checkout.
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.
  • We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but in the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Delivery

  • Your order is shipped directly from our supplier's facility in China.
  • Typical delivery time is between 5 and 10 business days from dispatch, usually around 7 business days.
  • Delivery costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address you provided.

We will always tell you the real expected delivery time before you pay — not an estimate designed to look faster than it is.

All prices shown at checkout already include any UK VAT due. You will not be asked to pay anything extra when your order is delivered.

6. Your right to cancel and our guarantee

You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, and we additionally offer a voluntary 90-Day Comfort Guarantee. Full details, including how to exercise these rights, are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Faulty goods

If your item is faulty, not as described, or damaged on arrival, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details on how to raise this with us.

8. Our liability

  • We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
  • We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
  • Except as set out above, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to BMLTECH and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising from your order, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to under the law of the country in which you live.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g. customs delays, extreme weather, strikes).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Site at the time you place your order.
